evolose 2011 - pending winner

evolo competition 2011 with Nabil Alamudi & Muhammad Syahrir,  we called it nautical continous presence.

 although our target to became a 'mentionable skyscraper' not achieve, but we quite proud to have thise whole concept and ideas.

Penutup tahun 2010

agak sedikit melenceng dari kebiasaan yang ada, tapi gak apalah..
entri ini cuma mau cerita dikit tentang jalan-jalan singkat akhir tahun ke singapura, yang WOW sangat membuka mata tentang kota yang luar biasa terencana..

it's a great city, with a clean environement,good architecture, urban landscape, and also multi-lingula people. well, actually i really in to the 'MRT'-thing, not because the subway, but how they create a multilayer place to live, and connect it. it has several communal room, and integrate it one and eachother with a various of function, such as gallery, shopping mall, commercial thing, meeting point, and the MRT itself.

During night, the city light was amazing, although i think it cost a large consumption of electricity usage (imagine how many village we could bring a light into).

anyway, the detailing of urban/street furniture quite amusing!
draination system,light oriented, and the chicks too! #LOL

well, talking about the street furniture, i found many pattern that really odd and i never seen it before in jakarta, bandung, and other several cities in indonesia. didn't really know what it is, but it has a 'zigzag' yellow pattern on commercial/businees area, and white-straight lines in the housing area.

and i learn several of their culture, like standing side-to-side with the door at the MRT/elevator, standing at left when taking at escalator, and find out how the people thing about their own country (even a taxi-driver realize a great design and urban landscape!).
